Italian vintage one-of-a-kind piece, from the 1970s, entirely handcrafted in 3 kinds of wood: maple, cherry wood, and walnut, each one cut in different rectangular shapes to create an enticing geometric pattern, a precursor of postmodern style. The 3 colors create a unique organic texture. The construction is minimalist but the craftsmanship is top quality with a very smooth finish and the detail of the simple 4 cubes in the same decor as legs but connected to the thick top surface by a recess that elevates the design. Some wear consistent with age but in excellent original condition.
